Tesoro Metal Recycling - Recycling Center in McAllen, TX

Employee damaged my vehicle bed by pulling off scrap metal from my truck instead of picking it up. I loaded everything by myself and did no damage to my truck. There were about 4/5 guys taking off the scrap metal from my truck so there’s no reason him to be just dragging the scrap off my truck instead of picking it up. When I confronted the employee manager and owner they just apologized and told me the employee was having a bad day. That won’t fix the damage to my vehicle. Highly do not recommend this place. Employees will damage your vehicle unless you unload the metal yourself. Terrible service. Managers and owner did nothing but apologize but an apology won’t fix my vehicle.

The map check said it closes at 6 but got there at 5 and they said they already closed. Change your damn closing time jerks!
