STR Scrap Metals

Ryan (1/5 stars, 2 months ago): I pulled up with a truck full of metal it appeared to be very obvious i was trying to scrap it. No one greets me I walk into the building 4 employees sitting around doing nothing no one say anything to me. i have to ask them do you want to buy my scrap metal they look puzzled and surprised and they come to my truck and look at it as if they didnt see me pull up with a truck full of metal. I load the metal by myself while the 4 employees continue to do nothing. the extremely heavy carts that my metal was loaded on where numbered but the lady wasnt quite sure what the cart weighed so she made some phone calls. To me it wasnt clear what the carts weighed but she went with some numbers. And then comes the bad part of my experience as if that wasnt bad enough. They told me they were only going to give me half of what they previously told me they were going to give me on the phone. So not only are the unfriendly and unwelcoming they are shady hustlers trying to unethically make money on you.
