Alloy Exchange reprocesses post-industrial plastic scrap in Rockford, Michigan, and sells the result as reprocessed ABS and PC/ABS pellets. The company started in 1980 to handle chrome-plated material from local automotive manufacturers, and a mechanical plating removal process now strips the chrome from 100% plating-grade feedstock. Its 56,000 square foot plant sends paper and corrugated scrap to the baler and plastic scrap on to size reduction and compounding. This is a business-to-business operation, not a public drop-off. Alloy Exchange hauls scrap from industrial customers, tests and certifies every lot, and holds ISO 9001:2015 certification. Toll grinding returns regrind or pellets to the customer.
