Recycling centers in Covington

Lemon Tree Recycling is a family-run service that collects curbside glass and metal across St. Tammany Parish. The company also hosts community and private drop-off events and monthly donation drives; it says collected glass is processed in Louisiana.

Technology Exchange LLC is a recycling center servicing the Greater Gulf Coast Region, specializing in electronic recycling and data destruction services to prevent harmful waste from entering landfills. They cater to businesses of all sizes, offering convenient solutions for recycling old and non-working equipment, including hard drives using Department of Defense compliant techniques for data destruction. While they do not currently accept e-waste from individuals and households directly, they collaborate with local parishes and Whole Foods for quarterly weekend drop-off events for individual consumers. Businesses interested in recycling can contact them directly or use their pick-up request form for efficient e-waste disposal.
