Stranco Solid Waste Management Transfer Station

Working in property management I have a special respect for the services that a waste management company provides to the community. Stranco has consistently exceeded myself and my teams expectations when it comes to the quality and urgency that they provide to take care of their customers and the community at large. Several times over the last couple of weeks we have had issues with our equipment and without any hassle they have not only provided us quick relief for our waste but have gone above the call of duty and worked with us tirelessly to address the underlying issues we were facing with said equipment. Every representative that I have spoken with has been incredibly kind and followed through on exactly what they said they were going to do- something that too few companies truly do nowadays. Kudos to this team for going the extra mile and taking care of the community. Keep up the great work!

Absolutely the worst…flat rate of $65 seems to be a bait and switch! I bought in a sofa got back to the scales and received a bill for $119…was told that I had 1.54 tons…total bull…mind you one ton is equivalent to 2K pounds…we might as well go outside and push the cars around if we’re strong enough to move furniture of that weight. Stay clear!

This place is a Scam I brought a 14 yard trailer to have dumped and I was charged $280… I normally pay $70 at the landfill in New Orleans. I do not recommend this place to anybody. They are the only dump site in the area. They take full advantage of that by charging outrageous prices. I will never go there again. it’s highway robbery at its finest.
