About This Center

Waste Transfer Recycle Site offers comprehensive recycling services including aluminum can recycling with top prices, glass, tin cans, newsprint, cardboard, auto batteries, 1 and 2 plastic, clean used clothing, and household items. They do not accept propane camper refrigerators and direct visitors to www.allappliancedisposal.com for drop-off pricing and hours. The facility charges a $5 fee per visit or $40 per season for recycling. Construction, demolition, and household self-haul charges are based on a price list, with no acceptance of hazardous waste. Operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am to 1:30 pm during the summer (April 1 - Oct 31) and from 8 am to noon during the winter (Nov 1 - March 31). Payment options include cash, local checks with ID, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, including debit cards.

Hunter G (1/5 stars, 7 months ago): $130 for a trailer of construction debris that would've been $70 at Twin City Refuse.. and I've gotten flat tires from nails 2 of the 3 times I've been here because it's such a poorly managed mess.. save yourself the headache and go anywhere else

Twin Cities Resurfacing LLC (1/5 stars, 7 months ago): This place is trash no pun intended. They just charged me $250 to unload a half a 6 x 12 trailer of construction debris. I’ve unloaded trash at multiple small places around the metro area and I’ve never paid more than $100. It would’ve been more cost effective to get a dumpster dropped off.

Keely Lane (2/5 stars, 11 months ago): Waste and recycling pick up are fine. No issues. Was hesitant to make a review but after the inconsistencies of prices when going there with trailers of demo it seems to be a problem. Costs vary within a $100 spread month to month depending on who is working and what kind of mood they are in but they appear to have doubled from there recently. I know inflation has compounding effects and may be the culprit. I'd advise making the trip to Cambridge or elsewhere until it gets sorted out.
