The online instructions were easy to follow I was able to pay my fee ($15 is super reasonable because the only other competitor I could find that recycles was like $200) and drop it off in their marked area. They confirmed with the mattress company that I had recycled my mattress and I was able to receive my refund. The process was quick and painless.

They were actually cheaper than other mattress removal option we looked at significantly cheaper than some and scheduling a pickup was super easy online. We put the mattress out in the morning and it was gone by early afternoon - they were obviously very quiet because our dog didn't even notice. All around great service and definitely recommend!

Seemed it was going to be expensive to dispose of and then I found Spring Back Utah Mattress Recycling. For a small fee I was able to drop off my mattress and know it wasn’t going to the landfill. What a win! Process was super easy: paid online drove to the facility and dropped it off. Since you pay online I was able to drop off after hours even. So convenient!
