Emily Newton (1/5 stars, 4 weeks ago): Omg ridiculously slow. Letting two cars at a time unload. Opened late and staff arriving 30 minutes after opening time didn't help. People used to take pride in their job and be grateful for paid employment clearly not the city staff at this location. Also seem to be overstaffed lots of standing round chatting while the queue is out to the main road and causing a danger. Then to the folks unloading......don't get me started...you are not here for a day out get a move on!!! Be considerate of the people behind you!! If you have a lot to unload bring help!! Literally watching some dude do one handful of branches at a time then some dude who can't back his own truck up.....if you can't drive a truck don't own one and to those nervous drivers this is not the location for you. You must back up at an angle to dump if you can't go elsewhere.

Arian H (5/5 stars, 3 months ago): Used the neighborhood depository multiple times for years. Expect for it to be a line if you wait all day to go. The lady that's worked there for years has always been nice and respectful to me and other. Along with the other men working. I love this free service as a tax payer.

Michael Haney (1/5 stars, 3 months ago): Wouldn't take tree wast on Sunday because dumpster is full. Told me they run out of space for tree wast every weekend. Told me to call the Mayor to complain. Typical Houston city government management. No one is responsible or accountable.
