I could not recall the process. the cashier was very nice and explained the process. the men in the 'bay' were friendly helpful & professional . in and out in 20 minutes. returned to the cashier- what a quick stop. appreciate the good service. thanks ( & 10 am ). Sam (1/5 stars, 5 months ago): Always get some sort of baggage when I go to this place. Good constant customer. Everytime i go i have to deal with 1 of the following. miserable customer service waiting hours to deal with a nothing problem waiting forever for inspectors to realize there's cars lined up waiting for them inspectors giving you a hard time over petty crap. Example. We can't except a 4 door long bed truck. It's too long. Why don't you use your massive machines to crush it like everything else here? I've been turned around with 15-20 minutes left to closing time when I had just about nothing to scrap. Totally inconsiderate of other people's time and work schedule.
