Scale house operator makes every truck wait on spite. Ive watched him play on his phone for 15 minutes while im waiting on scale with 20 trucks behind me and no one in front of me. Absolute joke. No other scrap or garbage facilities would ever tolerate this type of behavior. Sims management should take control of this situation.
