Kathryn Carpenter (5/5 stars, 4 years ago): Went to PSC Metals at the Wooster yard today for the very first time. Everyone was so helpful. Autumn in the cashier's office was kind and helpful. I had no idea where to go and she radioed the guy to help me gave me clear instructions and was so nice. Jay- the gentleman that unloaded and weighed everything was awesome. Overall top notch experience I will definitely go back.

etiegcab (2/5 stars, 3 years ago): The crane operator was rude and not careful when picking up the stuff as we unloaded it he almost hit us with the fn crane hook!! Then office/scale person was rude! Only positive was the lady that looked at the truck to make sure all was approved she was really nice. However for someone that has never been to the wooster site they are not very helpful on knowing where to go and what they take is differently than what there site states. I will never go there again just plan rude and very unsafe!
