joseph brodsky (1/5 stars, 4 months ago): Adolph is the guy that works at the scale and he either intentionally stole more than 30lbs of #2 copper from myself at the scale or he did it by mistake. The method they weight their precious metals is backwards. You put everything on the scale at once and then they start deducting the metals rather then weighting each type of metal individually. I wanted my #2 copper back but they already poured it into the big bin. I tried to dispute it at the office but it wasn't worth my time. This happened on December 3rd about 12:00pm. I hope the office contacts me and goes over the footage to rectify this.
