Donna Rodocker (1/5 stars, 2 years ago): Terrible experience today. Arrived at transfer station in bound and out bound scales were being used for out bound. They had a orange cone facing in bound traffic. No instructions no body language no communication. The two attendants began shouting inappropriately and rudely. Completely inappropriate of county employees. The friendliest employee is a woman with black hair and strong Southern accent. She was not there at the time of the incident.

Tiffiny (1/5 stars, a year ago): The Polk County Landfill is an example of why many Americans dislike government. Horrible lines that can take hours to wade through just to dump trash no sign at the gate no direction. It's truly awful. Shame on you commissioners you know better

ED K33 (1/5 stars, 6 months ago): Whoever decided to change the drop off to the north side should be fired. The single drop area is so inefficient. I never waited in lines this long when the setup was on the Southside. They couldn't screw this up worse if they tried.
