Kelli Boldyreff (1/5 stars, a year ago): As a loyal customer for years the pricing has become outrageous compared to competitors with the same level if not better service. Customer service is a nightmare to get a correct factual answer from and when we cancelled our service you charged us for an entire month (per your terms) but picked up the cans the very first pickup of the month. So we were forced to pay for a service we couldn't even use while also paying for our new service. Also a miscommunication from your customer service team. And God forbid you can download a current and accurate invoice online to review your charges. The online and app experience is frustrating to say the least. Go with any other company than this one.

Tina Thayer (1/5 stars, a year ago): Your driver leaves my bins directly in the middle of my driveway after he empties it every week. I put it off to the side so I can get back in my driveway off of a busy road for a reason. I watched him do it this week he needs to stop! When I put it out it was to the left of the other bin and ended up in the middle of the driveway

Michael Ymker (1/5 stars, 9 months ago): To expensive and doesn't expect cash and only exempt two kinds of credit cards. It cost is $75.00 to unload. I have been going there almost my whole life and now they don't expect cash and certain credit cards I'll find another place cheaper and that's willing to do cash.
