At times it’s busy and difficult to park / back out of assigned spaces. When I had a question - I received a polite response. No bad attitude detected. Cardboard bins have stairs but it is hard for elderly people to carry arm loads of items up the steps. In the summer and fall be careful when tossing aluminum cans in the bins yellow jackets are not the official Welcome Wagon greeters!

Every week your employees leave dumpster in middle of alley! This is a fire lane. Unprofessional. Happens every Tuesday morning behind Roemers tires on east Broadway for their cardboard pick up . I assure you I am switching to a different company because this is. I have contacted management and nothing changes

The guys who pick up are GREAT! They will even come into my driveway if I forget to take my container out. But the company is just out to scam you for money. They add lots of random chargers to your bill & when you call they won't explain what the charges are for. I am switching to a different company to not get ripped off. UPDATE: Customer Service contacted me; explained what happened on my bill; and credited me the extra amount. I still am getting emails from their collections department; but hopefully the lines of communication will clear and I will get off the deliquent list.
