Republic Services Minneapolis Recycling Center

When I moved into my current home there was an extra set of bins here from previous tenants. I told them to please pick them up. From that point forward they have charged me for 2 trash bins and 1 recycling. I have called MULTIPLE TIMES to have the extra trash bins taken off my bill but over a YEAR LATER I am STILL being charged for two bins. No one in customer service seems to be able to fix the issue. I have spent hours upon hours on the phone trying to fix the issue. I should not have to be dealing with this over a year later! They told me “our team will investigate the issue”… still waiting…

While picking up my recycling my bin fell into the truck and they have refused to replace my bin with the same size bin. Update: once I was able to connect with someone local my issue was solved immediately without any issue. Thank you Adam for getting everything taken care of.

I should have read the reviews first something I usually do.. I'm slapping myself for this choice.. I look around neighborhoods and wonder why I never saw this companies bins now I know I got them back in November and every Friday the trash has not gotten picked up.. no it's not cause I didn't pay my bill but because of the poor service if you can't remember to pick up a can of trash how can they possibly keep a company afloat .. well I have had it in done with this company.. they want to charge $13 for bags that can't fit the bin and extra for the recycling they want your money but can't remember Friday on a calendar.. it's 2025 get it together people I should be getting refunded for every Friday they miss .. and they never come the next day sometimes my trash bin has sat out the entire week until the next Friday.. I would give a 0 stars but that's not an option
