Pride Disposal

Adam Smith (5/5 stars, 3 weeks ago): We've been using Pride Garbage for a few years now and they've been consistently reliable. Pickups are always on schedule and the drivers are friendly and respectful of our property. Anytime we've needed to adjust service or had questions their customer service has been responsive and easy to work with. It's clear they take pride in what they do (no pun intended). Definitely recommend them for residential or small commercial service.

Jessica S (1/5 stars, 2 months ago): I wish I could give them zero stars. My credit card on file had a new expiration date and because of that my auto pay stopped. my delinquent bill was $62 and I paid it as soon as I realized the issue with my auto pay. Pride company will only call you they will not text or email and because I dont answer random 800 numbers they took my garbage cans. When I called they told me I had to pay in advance moving forward. I have lived here for 13 years and this happen for the first time a month ago. I hate that we dont have the option of another garbage company. They have also rejected my recycling many times because they claimed I had dirty cardboard because it was a pizza box but they just assumed it was dirty even though if they would have checked it was from a school project and didnt have any food mess inside but they rejected all my recycling.

Joshua Eich (1/5 stars, a month ago): I understand that weather can be a factor but that is not my fault either and credit should be given when service is missed especially upon request. Why should the company be able to keep my money when they did not provide service? I wish there were other options for garbage service.
