Lynn Carlan (1/5 stars, 6 months ago): These guys will cheat you. The town one pays better. This was a good place when the old guy who started it was running it it was great. Now they cheat you on weight and any other angle they can find. Don't be fooled by the reviews from friends that's all it is. My advice is weigh your truck or whatever you're driving at the city dump before you come here then weigh it again after you unload and have gone through their scale so you know exactly what you gave them. I got ripped off that way. Same goes for your copper and such. Personally I won't use them nor will anyone else l know because of this kind of garbage. Can't say you weren't warned. No need to respond there's no excuse for shorting people on weight when all you have to do is wait around for people to bring you scrap and put no real work into getting it. As for being professions as you say you are? You're professionals alright professional rip off artists.

The people are very kind very helpful I was sorry to hear about the owner passing loved that he was a biker also and now his kid's are running it and are amazing people. The worker's are great Sal and Bobby have been there since the first time I went there and they are always always really nice and helpful.
