On top of that when I tried to ask questions and understand what was going on with my bill they decided to speak to me rudely and with no patience. The worst part is that not only did they not try to help but they treated me in a way that has no place in any customer service industry. If you don’t want to experience the same disappointing and terrible treatment stay away from this service! I would not recommend it under any circumstances!

MAYA (1/5 stars, 3 months ago): We are absolutely shocked by the poor service of Pahrump Valley Disposal. This is the worst customer service we've encountered. It's nearly impossible to reach them by phone and when you finally do they speak disrespectfully. When they make a mistake on your bill and charge you more than necessary instead of apologizing they just hang up without attempting to resolve the issue. This kind of service doesn't just fail to provide solutions it creates immense frustration.
