Brent Anderson (1/5 stars, 5 months ago): The bottledrop system is absolute trash. The idea that your company cannot figure out how to allow a ticket printed at an Albertsons to be used at a Fred Meyer when both companies accept the same system is sheer ineptitude and I wouldn't wish this system on anyone in the country

When attempting to call for pick up it feels like a never-ending maze of automated voicemail systems. Nobody ever picks up and forget about receiving a call back. It's frustrating and leaves customers feeling unheard and unattended to. As for the service itself it's nothing short of disappointing. Wet recycled trash? That's a serious letdown. If you happen to have newer equipment it seems this service is not tailored to handle it properly. It's a shame that such an essential service falls so short. I cannot in good conscience recommend picking up services from Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative - Clackamas. It's simply not worth the hassle and disappointment. Sincerely Jaeden Childers.

Who is responsible for this organization?
