Went to dump some drywall from storm damage at my aunt's house. I was told I needed $125.00 deposit. So I said ok I have $120 cash and put the $5.00 on my card and I was told no and turned away over 5 dollars. I was not dumping my whole truck just a few pieces of drywall the lady was rude and told me to bad my id said im not from Hillsborough county and I told your right I was born and raised her. This place is a well oiled machine as from the perspective of a homeowner who uses the dump services a few times a year. The patrons can get a little annoying but there's usually an employee to keep things running smoothly. The only times I've ever had any problems were on high traffic visits and it's usually due to one bad apple who thinks the world revolves around them creating problems for everyone. The majority of my encounters with the staff are pleasant and informative. Keep up the good work your patience and helpfulness is appreciated.
