Ben Weisenbarger (1/5 stars, 11 months ago): This place is low key trash. I do everything I can to make it fair for them and easy for them to price and sort. They counted insulted 2 wire as insulated 3 added a tare on the weight of the wire for lights and then told me they priced it wire 3 because of the lights on the wire (that they tared out without weighing regardless) This place isn't ran like a business. It's ran like a bunch of little cry babies who pay you what they feel instead of what they owe you. So don't go if they're almost closed because they'll screw you over for the inconvenience you're bringing them. And they'll underweigh your stuff. I have pictures of all of my stuff scaled out 30 minutes before arriving here and not a single weight that they weighed was even close. And that's with me missing a 2lb+ steel bar that I mixed in with my brass. Their weights are still off on every count and yes my scale is calibrated clearly theirs isnt (or more likely they underweigh your stuff keep a running tab of the overage and claim it out at the end which conveniently I've seen happen so its not like this is just some theory)

larissa sampson (1/5 stars, 6 months ago): First off they lied about they prices cause I called and spoke to a lady at the office and got one price then when I got there it was something else talking about she couldn't give me a quote but she did over the phone. Honestly it's not worth the gass to even go and the employees were very rude so again it's not worth it at all.

Andrew Lowry (5/5 stars, 9 months ago): I come here every so often and it's always a fairly quick and easy experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. They give you fair pricing on your metals. I'll continue to come here in the future.
