Miramar Recycling Center

Generally everything's always great if I'm recycling something but this time I came because it said online that I could bring my tax documents here to be shredded. A kind gentleman shared with me that to the best of his knowledge Tax document shredding only happens in the month of April for one week.

They took my scrap copper wire at something close to $1.37 each lb insulated. They will take cans by the lb or count out 50 per day for the full CRV. I saw a lady get paid for an electric fan. They will take cardboard for free.

The recycled is great for card board and it is free for that service. I gave it 3.5 stars because it does not recycle styrofoam. Also there are multiple recycle centers like card boards bottles and building material. There should be more signs at the entrance. Color coding signs for different materials or centers would be helpful.
