About This Center

Residential Waste Services are provided for 34 municipalities in the Greater Saginaw area by the Mid Michigan Waste Authority. The program offers curbside yard waste collection for grass clippings, sod without dirt, twigs (less than two inches in diameter), leaves, and other yard vegetation, while root balls, soil, stumps, tree trunks, large shrubs, rocks, or bushes should be avoided. Collection services are not delayed for holidays like Presidents' Day and Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Special waste days are organized annually for household hazardous waste drop-offs, including items like paint, electronics, and hazardous waste. Yard waste collection schedules are set to begin in the first full week of April, with specific collection days assigned to different routes throughout the week. Steven H (1/5 stars, in the last week): Lazy Lazy and real lazy. Garbage guy lied and said he grabbed my two bags outside of Bin. I quickly tracked him down. I said that’s a lie because I just took them myself and dumped them in front of the office. Then they called the cops on me. The deputy quickly dismissed their accusation against me! I can’t wait to move out of Thomas township!!!! These are some of the laziest workers I’ve ever seen. They tag me for every little thing but in the pic you see my neighbor they never tag them! You can clearly see it’s over the line. I drove back by he did not leave a tag for them!!! They pick and choose. They’re terrible!!!!

Mary Middaugh-Brown (1/5 stars, 2 months ago): Don't bother calling if your pickup is missed repeatedly. They will tell you you can't prove they missed your house and it's your fault for not calling on "the next business day". My pickup DAY is Friday. I have to wait until end of business on Friday for it to count as a missed pickup. I called Monday to report the missed pickup but I was told I didn't call on the next business day. This company lives in a different world where Monday isn't the next business day after Friday (they arent open for calls on the weekend but I'm clearly wrong and not listening). If I could go with anyone else I would

jacob leonard (1/5 stars, a month ago): Left my cans out by the road like I always do they put a tag on it and didn't take it although there was nothing wrong and nothing marked on the tag. There is literally no excuse why they wouldn't grab the bins pure laziness. Usually the service is pretty good but I couldn't believe it when I seen them sitting out there today full...
