Dwight (1/5 stars, a month ago): I stopped by yesterday and was unfortunately met with a lack of enthusiasm from the staff. The girl who assisted me clearly didn’t want to be there which made my experience quite uncomfortable. It felt as though my presence was more of an inconvenience than anything else. I had hoped for a friendly and helpful interaction but instead I encountered indifference. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service especially when businesses rely on positive interactions to build their reputation. I left feeling undervalued as a customer and unlikely to return in the future.

Lily S (1/5 stars, 6 months ago): Very unpleasant people. I got there before 5pm and they said “we have closed up shop come back tomorrow.” I explained I was here will well before 5pm but got lost at the place next door because that’s where Google Maps took me. She said come back tomorrow and walked away. I had just driven for 20 minutes in traffic to recycle metal. If I had wanted to come tomorrow I would have. Now I have to make the trip twice. I should just dump it in the landfill and been done with it! Now I’m using up so much gas to get pennies to be with such unprofessional people who do not care about you. Such rude people! If I could give them a zero I would. I’ve been one other time and they were pleasant then so that’s the only thing stopping me from giving them a zero. Find some place else!
