The layout here has always been horrible but at least the staff was friendly and helpful. Now they must be under new management or something-all new faces and everyone was extremely rude. If this is how people will be treated in the future I think I’ll save my trash til I’m ready to take a nice drive to Ramah transfer station or ANY OTHER transfer station within a 2-4 hour drive and it will be worth it. It’s disturbing that any of these new workers are in a position where they have to interact with humans as part of their job…did these employees receive ANY training in customer service? I doubt it. McKinley County should be ashamed to have their name attached to this.
