107 Hasler Valley Road in Gallup, NM is a recycling center open Monday through Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with the last load accepted at 4:30pm. They do not operate on Sundays. Accepted items include aluminum cans, clean baking pans and foil (without food residue), corrugated cardboard, brown paper shopping bags (no waxed cardboard), white paper materials such as mail, catalogues, magazines, shredded paper, and soft-bound books, as well as plastics #1 and #2 (without food or oil residue), steel tin cans (no food residue), and various electronic waste like computer servers, monitors, printers, scanners, phones, and small appliances. Visitors are encouraged to check the center's "What's New" page for the latest COVID updates.

E H (1/5 stars, 2 years ago): The layout here has always been horrible but at least the staff was friendly and helpful. Now they must be under new management or something-all new faces and everyone was extremely rude. If this is how people will be treated in the future I think I’ll save my trash til I’m ready to take a nice drive to Ramah transfer station or ANY OTHER transfer station within a 2-4 hour drive and it will be worth it. It’s disturbing that any of these new workers are in a position where they have to interact with humans as part of their job…did these employees receive ANY training in customer service? I doubt it. McKinley County should be ashamed to have their name attached to this.
