Krysten Moore (1/5 stars, a month ago): I called the cancel our service. The customer service rep then sent a contract for a reduced price we signed the contract but are still getting charged the higher price! I have sent emails about this since I can't get anyone on the phone about it and still nothing! Don't renegotiate a price and then not follow through with it especially when there is a contract stating the new price. Super irritating.

Valerie Marquez (1/5 stars, 4 months ago): Set up services that started November 1 2024. Our first week we put out the trash the pick up people told us to put our bins across the street from our home as a convince to them. This week we put out the buns in front of our home and pick up wasn't done. When we reached out to WM we were told we did not put the bins in the correct area. Asked for clarification on where bins are supposed to be. "We will get back to you ." Asked for a pick up before next week they wanted to charge $115! They need to get approval from higher ups BEFORE any steps are taken. The offered a double pick up on the day our trash is normally picked up.

Kyle Chivers (1/5 stars, 6 months ago): I’ve had waste management for well over 3 years now and the service is horrible. The bill fluctuates from $45 to $250 monthly. This is whether I put my trash out or not. I’ve experimented after a $45 bill not put my trash out for a month. The next month my bill was ridiculous and back at $250 for the month with a reconnection fee. When I try to call I have waited on hold for over 1 1/2 hour with out ever talking to an individual. To resolve the bill. I have been calling and trying to get them to come pick up my trash cans. Still the same issue no one answers and when they do pick the individual transfers you and you wait on hold for an undetermined amount of time. There are way better and more affordable company’s in the area. WASTE MANAGEMENT COME GET YOUR CANS!!!
