He was in the back getting money for the customer that was before me so I started separately them when he came back and he proceeded to yell at me and berate me. I was the only one there. There was no one waiting in line behind. It wasn't like I was holding up the line. Not a way to treat people. Horrible customer service.

Sheryl Tolson (1/5 stars, a week ago): Yesterday April 30th was my first time bring my recyclables to this establishment and was treated with such disrespect. Being that this was the first time there I'd never been to this place and wasn't aware that the plastic bottles and cans needed to be separated prior to putting them on the belt. Also that they didn't take glass bottles. This man talked to me as if I was lying about this being my first time there. I drove from Hamden three miles to get there and was treated so disrespectfully. He told me three or four times that he's worked there for 5 years I don't know what that had to do with me. But I don't need to lie about some damn recyclables. He also said that I should go to Stop & Shop to recycle my items. I will never ever go to that establishment again. I don't know if he's the owner or an employee but he doesn't need to work with the public. He doesn't know how to talk to people. If I could I wouldn't have given any star. Service sucks.

Amanda Mahon (1/5 stars, 4 months ago): Second time here. The first time the gentleman was so pleasant told us to dump all of our cans and bottles and we sorted with him. This time we went in today the guy was yelling at us. Asking us if we know how to read and pointing to a sign that was NEVER mentioned before. Again saying second time here and the first time nothing like this was explained nor were we treated this way. He continued to yell at us when we mentioned the first time we came here we weren't told about it. Im not a child don't treat me like one because your life is miserable. I Do not recommend this spot for anyone. Unless you want to be screamed at by what i can only assume is an angry manager.
