What's there is fine but accessibility is greatly reduced. Someone should gave read my thesis - privatization always comes with a price to citizens.

David Williams (2/5 stars, 4 years ago): Called to ask a general question about recycling drop off since I do not have recycling picking options where I live. Needless to say Judy isn’t the sharpest crayon in the tool shed. It was like pulling teeth trying to get a simple question answered.
