Customer service is a negative ten stars and instead of being greeted with a hello you will be greated with a employee trying to provoke a rageful argument with you instead. This place has gone to crap after they moved from their old building. You have earned the privilege of losing our business.

Grunwald Trust (1/5 stars, a year ago): Arrived at 4:59 with a simple scrap and was turned away even as a forklift guys was about to scoop my one load of aluminum extrusion I drive an hour to get here and even through everyone was still working got told they wouldn’t take my load ridiculous! Everything was already sorted and organized would have been as simple and scoop and drop on the scale done but instead got told to leave very rudely and laughed at when told I drove an hour to get here.
