Hermiston Redemption Center
About This Center
Self-serve machines are temporarily unavailable at BottleDrop Redemption Centers in Eugene, with all individual container counts being done by Stream Count at the Bulk Count station. The drop door will be open for easy access. In Bend, limited parking is available due to construction. BottleDrop offers various redemption options, including self-serve returns for up to 350 empty containers per person per day, hand-counted returns at select locations, and the Green Bag Program where customers can drop full bags of containers for redemption at participating retailers or Redemption Centers. Participants can receive the refund value as cash or store credit, with the option to link their BottleDrop account to an Oregon College Savings Plan account for education savings. The system is highly effective, redeeming and recycling over two billion containers annually, helping to keep public spaces litter-free in Oregon. Visitors can also engage in bottle hunts, participate in fundraising through the Blue Bag program, and enjoy additional refund value through BottleDrop Plus.

Jacqlynn Martini (1/5 stars, 2 months ago): They refused to let my parents return bottles. They buy drinks in Oregon because of the middle of nowhere town the live in on the Washington side(on the river). They are struggling they didn't even have the money to get back home and the medicine that the can money would of paid for. They were relying on you and you turned them away. You turned away struggling people with kids and the elderly.

Drew Tachella (1/5 stars, 8 months ago): well I brought my 10 bags in scan my card and started putting them through the conveyor the green bags of course and the dude tells me they’re overweight. I’m gonna flag your account and it will be closed. They can only be 18 pounds. Well I guess I didn’t read the fine print when I signed up for my account however I didn’t see anybody weigh them up either but I do know how many cans and bottles are in each bag However this place really does need to work with employees because their employees are rude and unprofessional. I guess next time I will pay somebody to take all my cans and I’ll get my full amount with no account

Cory Collyer (1/5 stars, a year ago): I always have just a little bit extra then 35$ and it's only maybe 1-5$at most over and I leave it upfront always have. So today randomly a guy I've never seen work there before says he been working there a year and says I can't even turn them in! So he refused a donation 🤔 🙄! Guy came at me with serious attitude and imo should be fired and never allowed anywhere near customer service again.
