If I could get this place zero Stars I would they are completely rude and when it was below zero degrees and my brother was there without me and my vehicle they would not even give him a message to tell him I couldn't start my vehicle and let him sit out there for an hour before he was able to borrow another phone and call me because they can't let him use the damn phone there this is the worst business I have ever encountered in my entire life

Came to Hazel Street Recycling for the first time their staff took the time even though they were busy to walk me thru their process to get me taken care of quickly and their prices were more than fair come on by Liz and her staff were very professional and helpful even in their busiest times.. I will continue to bring my materials here from now on even open on Sunday!
