Granger Recycling Center

I dont know how the hell to get this lady to pick up our boxes i lansing she is an african american woman. She is lazy she always has a reason not top pick up our boxes. She is lazy as hell. Im tire of her.

NO STAR!! You have late fees with no trash pick up! Paid $105 Oct 2022 & then Nov 2022 I get a bill for $85. Call & get told its for past due bills & I have to pay again. Hello just paid WITH NO PICK UP! I'm NOT paying 2months in a row with No pick up & paid late fees! I'll go to a different company. It took 2wks for them to pick up my Granger & then when they did they left trash in my yard that was IN the granger

Been with them for almost 30 years.when signed up years ago it was trash can 6 bags on ground. Was told grandfathered in when things changed. Now I guess it's 3. Which I did because forgot to set trash out. Was charged 2 dollars a bad. Went through 2 people customer service. First Robbin very rude then asked for manager got Jess ica. Asked for her .manager was told there was no one. She reluctantly agreed to take the 3 2.oo fee charges off. Told me I wasn't told 6 bag on ground thirty years ago and I had 6 bags she had a picture. I said please send it to me. Funny Never received it. now that they don't want get out of truck. keep raising rates less service. I am looking elsewhere after 30 years!!! Poor poor customer service.
