Depending on who is working you can have a good experience here. There are long lines at times but you just have to wait patiently for your turn. I've been there when the employees were working hard wiping down machines sweeping and mopping the floor. I have also been there when you stand still too long you will stick to the floor. It all just depends on who's working the day you go. All in all I always have a good experience here.

Michael is a very rude employee with zero customer service skills. This guy should not be working at a business that deals with people all day. Very inconsiderate for me and young children.
