Juan C Ortiz (1/5 stars, 2 months ago): This is the type of service Florida Express give to their customers. February 24 2025 In the video you can see he throws the garbage can lid into the trash. I am not saying this was with bad intentions but what I expected was for them to respond to this action. I proceeded to call and make the claim. The person who attended my call proceeded to ask me nonsense questions like “Does your trash can work right? Is it not broken right?” “Can it hold trash inside right?” I told them that a trash can without a lid smells and attracts animals especially if you keep it in your garage. Florida Express told me that they do not replace trash can lids and offered me a 10 dollar credit like this would solve my issue. I told them that you cannot buy just the lid; they don’t care. Now I have to buy a new trash can because they don’t want to compensate with a trash can replacement or a credit to buy a new one. I would expect that if you fail at some point giving the service you are offering do the right thing which is provide a new trash can or provide a credit equal to the value of the trash can. Really disappointing.

dawn jordan (1/5 stars, a month ago): I live in an elderly community where many people struggle to get their trash can out to the curb. The community is off of a lake and it is very windy.The trash cans continuously tip over. When I call to ask for a simple window of time.Because I am sick of picking up my trash can off the ground and all my neighbors. I am told the window of time from pick up is six o'clock in the morning until four thirty at night. Sometimes we'll come first thing in the morning sometimes you'll be last. When I explained that many of my elderly neighbors struggle just to bring these huge cans out and they are not capable of continuously uprighting them...... They could not care less.
