Alexis Z32 (1/5 stars, 2 months ago): A snail could load these trailer faster. Watching about 5 guys on the ground standing around while 1 dude is on a forklift taking about 10-15 minutes to load one pallet at a time. Been here over an hour being loaded. Do better people. Please.

R (Why) (2/5 stars, 6 months ago): Place is pretty easy going except for when you go to cash out... the cashier has a major attitude problem. Is it really that difficult to smile say good morning hello and goodbye have a nice day...I have no problem telling her that. Too bad the last person you see at Ferrous has a major attitude problem sure doesn't make me want to return anytime soon! If thats not bad enough she delays your copper checks by 14 days still haven't received it.... She's got plenty of time to suck on that vape pen but not enough time to send out checks??? I'll be going down the road for now on where they release the funds within 4 days and say thank you for your business!
