The place is a complete eye sore from the road. The driveway to drop off is a complete mud hole filled dirt road. At minimum this place needs to put down a thick layer of gravel so that people don't have to drive into a disastrous mud and hole filled driveway. This place also needs a buzzer and/or camera system to alert them that someone is there for a drop off. This place can do a LOT of things to improve their customer / donor experience. I won't be back until things improve.

Went there for the first time a few days ago and I had a great experience. Everyone is very helpful and courteous. They have an impressive inventory of vintage and newer electronics. I scored an awesome set of Mordaunt Short speakers from 1988 that sound great. Will definitely be going back.
