SkankinRudie (1/5 stars, 5 years ago): This kiosk is a rip off first the website says you don't need to have the cell on then on the thing you do; if you don't it won't process and will just give you a choice to recycle or keep. when you find a cell you shouldn't have to go through all that just to a mere litte $45
