A recent snow and nasty road event prevented my trash pick up a couple of weeks ago. It happens...we live in the mountains....but I had a voice mail from TRACY letting me know that they would pick up the following week. Which all customers know because of the great newsletter that comes with the bill. BUT SHE CALLED ME! So awesome...never a problem ever with the guys that service south 337. LOVE LOVE LOVE them. Thank you!

The most unorganized place on earth. Every time I go the prices are different. Sometimes they let me in without charging me a cent (woohoo!) and sometimes suddenly I'm charged. I'd rather understand the process and be prepared than go off the whim of the grumpy guy with the tape measure. Every time I call for inquiring about something it goes straight to an auto answering which is fine but the mail box is always full. Like. Doesn't even ring for someone to answer? Is this place even a public service or is it is ghost town operated by grumpy men? Hmm...

It's convenient and I like the fact that they try to recycle some of the refuse. The pricing is unpredictable and if you question what they are charging you will be met with rudeness from the gate attendant.
