Patrick Tomsky (1/5 stars, 11 months ago): The staff today let a bunch of people bring their things when they knew their “internet was down” and allegedly couldn’t give people their payments. I was told that if I wanted my bottles weighed instead of counted that they could do that. I put the bottles in one of their cans after which they laughed at me saying that they’re not going to pay me either way. Loaded it all up back into the boxes and put it in my car. Never coming back to this dump of crooks. They should have alerted people coming in that their system is down.

Michaela M (1/5 stars, 4 months ago): Refused to recycle multiple water bottles with very little water in it even after we emptied the bottles out. It wasn’t busy that day. The women talked badly about me and my spouse in Spanish and said they will give us less money than we were supposed to receive (I speak Spanish so I heard). Coming from a family of latino immigrants it’s one thing to speak your native language to communicate and I fully support that but when it comes to speaking badly of customers that is NOT okay regardless of if you assume they speak the language or not.
