CMC Recycling - Tulsa

All right I went in there at 3:30 waiting in line until about 4:15 got out got a check so I rushed to the Bank of America to cash it because the check is at Bank of America which is on 31st and Garnett so you get here and you sit in line the teller says you can't cash the check because CMC payroll system hasn't processed it yet so I can't even cast the check when I made it to the bank in time so I give this scrap place a zero stars in my opinion

I've been doing business here for right at 10 years and I have never felt cheated or taken advantage of. When I first started I could not back a trailer and the guys were patient and extremely helpful. I will never take my business anywhere else. I've seen this place in the blizzards of winter the flooding and the extreme heat when the employees were walking around GIVING AWAY bottled water. They are the best!!

I gotta say for my first time customer service was excellent. I got a little lost inside but twice employees came to me and explained how it worked. It was simple fast easy going service. I appreciate they didn't make it difficult or was anything to hard to understand
