The Recycle Drop-Off Center in Muskogee, operated by the City of Muskogee and INCOR, is located at 110 Iola St., at the northwest corner of Main and Iola Street. It is open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The center accepts various materials including paper, magazines, cardboard, office paper, aluminum cans, plastic bottles, automotive batteries, metal, tin, glass (clear, brown, green), used waste cooking oil. Unacceptable items include radioactive material, sealed containers, containers with free-flowing liquids, microwaves, light ballasts, oil filters, appliances, explosive materials, rocks, dirt, concrete, wood, tires, or trash. No household trash, drugs, or needles are accepted. The center supports INCOR, which employs Developmentally Disabled Citizens, and has received awards for its recycling efforts.
