About This Center

Recycle your empty, clean, and dry bottles, jars, cans, boxes, cartons, and papers only at this recycling center. Remember to keep all plastic bags out of the recycling cart and ensure your recycling is loose in the blue cart. Avoid placing food, liquids, diapers, hoses, wires, batteries, propane tanks, or to-go containers in the blue cart. Accepted plastics are numbered 1 to 5 and 7, while plastic bags, wrap, and Styrofoam are not allowed. When unsure, it's best to throw it out rather than contaminate the recycling. The center emphasizes not putting unlisted items in the recycling as it can turn recycling into trash. Visitors are encouraged to use the Garland Waste Wizard for detailed recycling and disposal instructions for various items. Additionally, residents can find their recycling collection day by using My Garland and entering their address.

Jesús patricio (1/5 stars, 10 months ago): Bad customer service I just called asking if they are accepting construction debris Because land fill doesn't accept because of the rains And this lady was all over me "If you don't know either me what do you want me to tell you yes we're accepting? No we don't look around. You may find a spot Well if landfill doesn't accept it I can't solve your problem. " And many other stuff if you guys don't accept that type of trash just say no. I don't see why she needs to he rude and cut off I was calling asking a question: If you don't know or don't want to help just say so I never done something like this but this lady deserves it Happen 6-4-2024 around 10:07 in case there's a record you guys will know who answers
