They continue to ask you to reach out for additional help but then proceed to push you off behind the scenes. There reply is to save face. If you value you your money stay away!!!! FUTURE BUYERS BEWARE: I ordered an engine from this company that arrived damaged. I gave the seller plenty of opportunities to make this right. I sent them images and told them a rough quote of $900. They essentially replied and stated they would need an official quote to honor this. I got off work early the very next day as I needed this taken care of asap. Got the quote and while I was off and I drove the engine to my mechanics shop ( a hour and a half away) for him to look it over. They stopped replying for 2 full business days after having “ok” communication before. Finally they responded to my quote which was $1300 and some change after tax etc. they came back and offered $200 and some change. I told them that was unacceptable. No longer replied. Spoke with rep on the phone who told me to request a return to “force” the seller to reply. The did not respond until a day or two later. 2 hours later there was a freight truck blocking my driveway wanting to pick up an engine that’s not even at my house. They did not confirm this with me prior to sending him the driver was also clueless. (Driver was super cool but had no details of what he was supposed to be getting) all I requested was for them to keep there word but this company does not intend to do this. Please look elsewhere before doing business here. Stay FARRRRR AWAY.

Went to get a radiator. They cut the metal transmission lines so close to it that the port was completely plugged with metal shavings.
