The general rule is that if it plugs in or runs on batteries, they can recycle it.

What are the hours and is drop-off free?

The Northridge center is open Monday through Friday, and drop-offs are free. Their pickup service for businesses is available for those who cannot make the trip.

What items are not accepted?

They do not take car batteries, paint, pressurized cans, medical biohazards, severely broken light bulbs, or anything that contains mercury.

Do they handle data security on old computers and drives?

Yes. Hard drives, DVDs, and other storage devices are treated with special care. Refurbished computers have their drives run through a multi-pass erasure process, and drives that cannot be reused are shredded.

terrible place the boss isnt as nice as people say. Don't try buying anything from here pricing does not make sense. he asks you how much you want for it and raises the price by an absurd amount. ebay would still be a better option than this.

This place is a bit of a hidden gem in the valley. They are very professional and staff was super friendly and helped unload my car which made dropping off so quick and easy. Recommending them to all my friends and family!
