California Recycles is an electronics and e-waste recycling center in Northridge, in Los Angeles County, accepting e-waste from across Los Angeles and southern California. Drop-offs are free and the center is open Monday through Friday; an enterprise pickup service is available for businesses that cannot drop off in person. Accepted items include computers, laptops, tablets, televisions, servers, photocopiers, most batteries, wires, light bulbs, and small appliances. The company also provides IT asset disposition, certified data destruction and hard drive shredding, refurbishment and remarketing of usable equipment, recall and return management, and community collection events.
