About this center
Bud's Recycling is a family-owned, veteran-friendly company with more than 50 years in the Van Buren scrap business. The Bud's Iron & Metal yard on South Fourth Street buys aluminum, brass, copper, stainless steel, steel, appliances, batteries, electric motors, aluminum wheels, catalytic converters, and junk autos.
Businesses order industrial scrap bins, and the company picks up junk vehicles. Two sister yards sit nearby: Bud's Auto Salvage Pick and Pull on South 28th Street, a self-service lot with more than 1,000 foreign and domestic vehicles, and Bud's Structural Steel Sales on South Fourth Street, which stocks new steel and pipe. The heat tends to make most people irritable but not the guys here at buds. They're all very friendly and very professional. Not to mention they have much better prices than anyone else in the area.
