Self-serve machines are temporarily unavailable at BottleDrop Redemption Centers in Eugene, with all individual container counts being done by Stream Count at the Bulk Count station. The drop door will be open for easy access. In Bend, limited parking is available due to construction. BottleDrop offers various redemption options, including self-serve returns for up to 350 empty containers per person per day, hand-counted returns at select locations for up to 50 containers per day, and the Green Bag Program where customers can drop full bags of containers for redemption at participating locations. Customers can receive refund value as cash or store credit at participating retailers through BottleDrop Plus, which offers 20% more refund value. Additionally, customers can link their BottleDrop account to an Oregon College Savings Plan account to save for education. The system is effective in redeeming and recycling over two billion containers annually, helping keep public spaces litter-free in Oregon.

devon hulen (1/5 stars, 2 months ago): Absolutely horrendous employees that work there. Tried returning as we love to recycle unfortunately there was a line. We waited an hour to get to the door everything was fine. As soon as an open spot to stand and wait inside appeared we tried walking in but were yelled at to get outside. No reason to be yelling at customers let alone yelling at us moving inside to an actual spot to keep the line flow. Went back outside and we were “blocking the door” so the African-American lady once again yelled at us to not return. It’s a shame the employees feel the need to get absurdly disgruntled over compliant customers. Not to mention the few other times we have gotten interrogated for having Arizona license plates (Active Service members) yet we are Oregon tax payers with proof and still were told to leave. BottleDrop service has fell off take your cans/bottles elsewhere.

M F (2/5 stars, 3 months ago): Something “funny” is going on there. Have made 3 drops there over the last 1.5 years. All 3 times there has been one bag that wasn’t accounted for plus despite washing my cans so they do not stick and making sure none of them even have a crease — hence also filling the bags to the very top I have went from ~ $9.80 per/bag to now $6.40 per/bag. Hmm…🤔🤔🤔 All that work for $20? Screw this. I’ll just start clogging up the dumpsters again.

C Bulotti (5/5 stars, 2 years ago): The Gresham Oregon BottleDrop is the cleanest redemption center around. The floors can carts and money machines are kept clean. They have a structured set up to keep the flow going as people come to turn in cans. We have closer redemption centers to us but will only use the Gresham BottleDrop.
