When I drove by today I could smell it from my closed car and the stench up close was unreal. There are 2 doors for green bag drop off - or there used to be. One was broken for so long without being fixed they finally just boarded it up. The other door works fine but slams shut when you bend down to pick up your bag. I can’t hoist a full bag that high with one hand so I have to hold the stinky dirty door open with my back while I deposit the bag - if it’s not completely full which it often is. Then I have to page an overworked employee and that’s no fun for anyone. I like the idea of bag redemption in theory. In practice it does not work well at least here.

I started counting because it became obvious and since the time they quit charging to count the counts have been way off. Perhaps they are just giving an average or something but it's no where close.
