Adam King (5/5 stars, 3 weeks ago): Mapping on the cell phone was confusing. To find it the entrance faces east just north of W 9th Ave on Decatur Street. Friendly people great experience and one of the few affordable options I've found. Overall very good.

Erik Douds (5/5 stars, a year ago): In and out very quickly and easily. Look for the blue white and green BlueStar trucks parked out front to avoid circling the block. They accepted my tea kettle and a plant grower which no longer functioned. Appreciate the service.

Joshua Burleson (2/5 stars, 4 months ago): I’ve been here a couple times. The first time was a great experience. I was met at my car as I pulled up and they were super kind and ready to take whatever I had. The most recent experience was not great. I walked in and was rudely greeted by the front desk associate who appeared to be very disgruntled and wanted nothing to do with me or my business. Could hardly understand a word she said. Sad really considering we are going out of our way to pay for the proper disposal of electronics. I will not be back
