Mapping on the cell phone was confusing. To find it the entrance faces east just north of W 9th Ave on Decatur Street. Friendly people great experience and one of the few affordable options I've found. Overall very good.

In and out very quickly and easily. Look for the blue white and green BlueStar trucks parked out front to avoid circling the block. They accepted my tea kettle and a plant grower which no longer functioned. Appreciate the service.

Review

I’ve been here a couple times. The first time was a great experience. I was met at my car as I pulled up and they were super kind and ready to take whatever I had. The most recent experience was not great. I walked in and was rudely greeted by the front desk associate who appeared to be very disgruntled and wanted nothing to do with me or my business. Could hardly understand a word she said. Sad really considering we are going out of our way to pay for the proper disposal of electronics. I will not be back
