He went above and beyond to help me and for that I am grateful. Thank you!

David Pender (5/5 stars, a year ago): Cleanest recycling facility I’ve been at in 33 years of driving trucks. While on dock they had a person walking around picking up what little litter was on the ground. Typical scale in and out for light and heavyweights. One way traffic around building for sight side docking. Tandems to the rear and they lock out air line for safety. Lots of room to back into the docks. Heavyweight showed they could put another bale on me and they tried to load it right on the scale. Load I’m pulling requires end to end loading of a bale so unable to do this on scale but they tried. Back to dock and immediately on it. In and out in approximately 1 hr 15 minutes. Not bad since I bumped dock twice. I’ll take that every day.

Sometimes my driver are running almost time to close and I call and the guy from the scale house always give us the same answer " dont worries we wait for your guys to show up" super easy going. The guy in the forklift super profesional and the forklift supervisor as well
